Residential Estate Landscape Master Plan

Chester, New Jersey

This conceptual estate landscape master plan was developed for a private residence in Chester, New Jersey, transforming the property's front arrival sequence into a refined and timeless landscape that complements the home's architecture and natural setting. The design creates a welcoming first impression through a formal circular entry court, architectural stone walls, layered planting, and carefully organized outdoor spaces.

The landscape incorporates a balance of ornamental trees, native meadow plantings, structured evergreen masses, and natural stone elements to provide year-round interest while preserving the character of the site. Amenities such as a bocce court, gathering spaces, and meandering walkways are thoughtfully integrated into the overall composition, creating functional outdoor destinations without compromising the estate's elegant appearance.

The project also includes grading design, retaining wall details, and construction documentation to ensure seamless integration with the site's existing topography and drainage conditions. The result is a cohesive residential landscape that blends formal design principles with naturalistic planting, delivering a sophisticated arrival experience and a functional outdoor environment that enhances the property's long-term beauty and value.
