Residential Estate Landscape & Outdoor Living Design

This conceptual landscape master plan was developed for a private residence in Princeton, New Jersey, transforming the property into a cohesive outdoor living environment that balances recreation, entertainment, and natural landscape design. The project integrates multiple outdoor destinations into a unified composition while preserving generous open lawn areas and enhancing the overall functionality of the site.

The design includes a custom swimming pool, elevated and ground-level patios, fire pit gathering space, decorative stepstone walkways, and expansive planting beds that define outdoor rooms and create seamless transitions throughout the property. A carefully layered planting design provides privacy, seasonal color, and year-round structure while complementing the home's architecture and surrounding landscape.

In addition to the design components, the project incorporates site planning, zoning compliance, and lot coverage calculations to support the permitting process and ensure compliance with local development requirements. The result is a timeless residential landscape that combines elegant outdoor living spaces with functional site planning and long-term sustainability.
